All items are handmade by me, Michele Marie. I do not allow my students to work on any of my projects in order to expedite completion. Many take several months if not years to complete.
All items I create hold a copyright. Any infringement will be dealt with to the fullest extent of the law.
Sales Tax is collected at the time of check out. 
Shipping is through Fed Ex. Shipping is included in the purchase price
In order to guarantee safe transit, all purchases are fully insured. The cost is of insurance is included in the price of the item.
Typically, once an order is placed it ships within one or two days. Domestic orders are typically received within four to five days.
International orders typically take 3 weeks
